SUGGESTED USAGE:

Hemp Paste: Take 1/8 tsp. (dosing spoon) three times a day. For the fastest absorption take the paste sublingually (dissolving under the tongue) or place it in a gel capsule.

Coffee: Add a heaping tablespoon (7-8 grams) of Vienna Hemp Roast for every 8 oz. of boiling water. Add coffee into a French press, add hot water – not quite boiling – and allow to brew for 3-4 minutes. Slowly depress the filter, pour and enjoy. If brewed to these specifications, each cup yields approximately 24mg of phytocannabinoids.

Chocolate: Break off approximately 1-inch square (23mg of phytocannabinoids) and enjoy. Adjust the dosage to achieve desired results.

STORAGE: Stir and refrigerate after opening.
